Johnson County Christmas Bureau

Sign-up now to volunteer for the Johnson County Christmas Bureau’s 2011 Holiday Shop!

Our New Neighbors League members have enjoyed escorting

neighbors in need through the shop at their appointed time and date for many years now. It is an event that many of us look forward to with anticipation. Over 12,000 neighbors were served last year.

Shopping days will be December 2- 10. Most shifts are 3 to 4 hours long. This year JCCB will be held again at The Great Mall of the Great Plains. Currently all shifts are open so sign up now to make it part of your December schedule. You may sign several

people up for the same shift if there is room so ask a friend to join you.

It’s easy to sign up on The Johnson County Christmas Bureau website. More than 3000 volunteers are needed to assist with shop move-in, set-up, Holiday Shop operations, and take-down. If you would prefer to help in another way, restocking tables, loading, etc.

there are additional days available to volunteer before and after the shop opens. Don’t miss this great opportunity to share the meaning of Christmas with others. You will want to come back every year!

Happy Holidays!

Cheryl R.
